Early this year (2024), one of our team members suggested collecting reviews from our satisfied customers.

The screenshots are from email threads with our customers, with personal details such as email addresses, full names, phone numbers, and company names hidden to protect privacy.

These positive reviews serve two purposes:
(i) To motivate us to maintain our strong reputation as a cosmetic-specific paper packaging manufacturer, and
(ii) To assure new customers of our reliability.

Highlighting only positive reviews does not mean there are no complaints.

Custom packaging projects demand meticulous attention to detail; occasionally, miscommunication has led to errors.

In such cases, we take full responsibility and reprint the entire job. Our commitment is to ensure our customers receive exactly what they paid for.
