Why did A Chinese packaging manufacturer decide to focus on marijuana packaging and cosmetic and beauty packaging?
Why? I was asking myself. As a Chinese printing and packaging manufacturer for over 10 years, I’ve got 2 Alibaba international shops and 2 domestic ones. Packaging order quantity was never a concern for me, not mentioning that orders keep coming in and workers complaining about overload work.
Back in the days when it was the “gold-digging” period in the last 10 years when the printing & packaging business started to explode in China. I started my factory in 2005, with 5 workers and 3 machines.
At the very beginning, earning money was not a thing for a factory-like mine. It is no exaggeration to say, I could just sit in my office and orders keep coming in. What’s more? Companies and brands were waiting in a line, just to get a quotation and order arrangement from me.
Until one day, I found myself stuck in the endless price war in the printing & packaging industry. Tons of printing & packaging manufacturers sprung up. They offer the same products with lower and lower prices. Luckily, my first customers from the Cannabis industry reached out and started his first packaging order with us. I still remembered that, when we finished the production and look into those beautiful packaging, I realized that we should change, and this is the industry that we should get involved in.
As the world’s changing, technique changing. In the future, unique and creative packaging will be the new trend for the packaging industry.

The packaging is a crucial part of a product, which is no longer a “Packing” material. It’s, nowadays, a branding expression of your products. For instance, like make-up for a woman. Most customers are aware of that. However, when they are looking for packaging for their products and collections, they don’t know where to start. That’s the reason why I want to be helpful and become a professional packaging solutions provider for them.
Personally, I am a minimalist. I believe that less is more. I want to create a website where all customers can explore without confusing themselves. And most importantly, getting inspiration from our website after talking to our salesman.
