How do I get a quote for my packaging project?"

2 Designing
How can I decide on my packaging dimension?
Generally, measuring a box for packaging is based on the inner usable space of the structure. This guarantees your product will fit properly within the box regardless of stock thickness.
Therefore, the best way is to measure the size of your product-to-pack and we will give our suggesting box size based on that.
What is a die-line and why is it important?
A die-line is the template/outline needed for the design/artwork of the box. It is essential to the cutting and creasing process giving the appropriate information to our machines to precisely cut and fold areas where needed.
After confirming the final size of your packaging, we will make a free die-line for you to convert your design artwork on it. And a die-line with confirmed artwork would be used for sampling and bulk order production.
Can I order multiple artworks at the same size and specifications?
Yes – it is very common to combine multiple artworks into a single production run to save time and costs.
How do I place my artwork on the die-line you provided?
Please reach out to our sales team for detailed designing instructions: [email protected]
How do I prepare files for print?
– File Format: AI, PDF, and EPS are the most accepted and preferred files format.
– Use CMYK color space instead of RGB.
– Please convert all texts in the design into curves (outline them properly)
– Please make sure all of the black elements in your designs be 100%K value
– Please don’t flatten, change the dimension, or indicate lines of the template (die line)
– Please make sure all images and patterns are appropriately embedded.
– If you need surface treatments (UV, Foiling, Emboss/Deboss), please vectorize the elements
What is CMYK printing?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black and is a color model. CMYK printing is also known as full-color offset printing, which is mostly used in the printing & packaging industry.
Before boxes are sent for printing, it is important that the artwork (on illustrator) is converted from RGB color mode to CMYK.
Not converting the color mode will result in a greater color variance between what you see on your display compared to the final product.
What is the ‘PMS Color’ option and do I need it?
PMS refers to the Pantone Matching System, which is a standardized color matching system that ensures color accuracy to a physical color swatch. PMS colors are coded through a numbering system (also known as Pantone Colors). These colors are widely used in packaging, printing, fashion, graphics, and interior design when brands require a very specific color output.
Additional fees apply when a project requires Pantone color matching.
What is a Surface Finishing?
A surface finishing refers to an added option to your packaging on top of a typical packaging printed packaging project.
Spot UV, Gold Foil, Silver Foil, Multi-color Foil stamping Window Patching, Embossing, Special Diecut, Soft-touch coating..etc.
Can I print on the inside and outside of the box?
You sure can. We are able to print on the outside (1-side) and the inside of boxes (2-side). Additional fees apply for 2-side printing.
