What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
While our products technically have no minimum order quantities, recommended MOQs are in place (which will differ based on packaging type, printing, or processes) to prevent individual unit prices from becoming too costly to recommend. Check with our sales team to learn the recommended MOQ of any of our products.
How can I decide on my packaging dimension?
Generally, measuring a box for packaging is based on the inner usable space of the structure. This guarantees your product will fit properly within the box regardless of stock thickness.
Therefore, the best way is to measure the size of your product-to-pack and we will give our suggesting box size based on that.
What is a die-line and why is it important?
A die-line is the template/outline needed for the design/artwork of the box. It is essential to the cutting and creasing process giving the appropriate information to our machines to precisely cut and fold areas where needed.
After confirming the final size of your packaging, we will make a free die-line for you to convert your design artwork on it. And a die-line with confirmed artwork would be used for sampling and bulk order production.
Can l order multiple artworks at the same size and specifications?
Yes – it is very common to combine multiple artworks into a single production run to save time and costs. Please contact us for a precise information.
What is a surface finishing?
A surface finishing refers to an added option to your packaging on top of a typical packaging printed packaging project.
Spot UV, Gold Foil/Silver Foil/Multi-color Foil stamping, Window Patching, Embossing, Special Diecut, Soft-touch coating, aqueous coating.etc.
